I developed and maintain a custom Asterisk stack that integrates with text-to-speech systems, speech-to-text systems, and a proprietary large language model (LLM), among other responsibilities.

- Assisted Fortune 500 and other companies with Linux system administration, software engineering, and security.
- Developed custom email/SMS gateway with 3CX and Twilio for one client.

Principal Engineer, TechMaster Telecom/ClusterBlue/BingoBlue
- Developed custom server provisioning platform and PXE-based recovery environment.
- Created tools to detect fraud and money laundering for a major financial institution/currency exchange.
- Spearheaded first-line support for multiple high-profile clients, gaining deep expertise into (and often creating/modifying) their proprietary software environments.
- Performed on-site and remote network administration, both internally and on a consulting basis, for clients in the US, China, Japan, the Netherlands, and Australia.
